Chicago NOMAS and Chicago NOW to collaberate

Brian Roush, our local NOMAS leader in Chicago has announced the date for the first NOMAS meeting for a renewed Chicago chapter. The meeting will be held on Monday, February 5th, at 6:30 pm, at Borders on North and Claybourn. This will be an organizational meeting with a discussion of "what is NOMAS?", as well as the aims and goals of the organization as a whole. This will be followed up by a discussion of where we would like to focus the local chapter for the year of '07, to help support the summer national conference on men and masculinity in Indianapolis, and, a starting plan for a chapter fundraiser to get the chapter off the ground. Brian is grateful for the Chicago NOW chapter for their help and support for this inaugural meeting, and looks forward to future collaberative work with them.
